About Peace Boat US
Founded in 2006, Peace Boat US works to build a culture of peace and sustainability around the world by connecting people across borders and creating opportunities for learning, advocacy and cooperation. Our main partner is the Japan-based NGO Peace Boat. Peace Boat US is based in the United Nations Plaza in NYC, across the street from the UN.

Our Work
Peace Boat US is a committed campaigner for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on four areas: Ocean Conservation, Climate Action, Youth Engagement, and Disarmament.
We utilize advocacy, partnerships, and education in working to achieve progress in these areas.

Our next Youth for the SDGs Program for the United Nations Ocean Decade will take place June 25 – July 15, 2027, visiting Manzanillo, Mexico, Vancouver, Canada, and Seward, Alaska.
