2027 Program For the
UN Ocean Decade

June 25 – July 15, 2027

We’re excited excited to announce the next “Youth for the SDGs” 2027 Program for the UN Ocean Decade onboard Peace Boat’s 126th Global Voyage from Manzanillo, Mexico visiting Vancouver, Canada, and ending in Seward, Alaska. The program will take place from June 25 to July 15, 2027.

This program will focus on the impacts of climate change and ocean conservation efforts for coastal communities in the Latin America and North America West Coast region.

Peace Boat US is proud to be a recognized contributor to the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development through our Youth for the SDGs scholarship programs and other ocean-related initiatives. Endorsed by IOC UNESCO, our “Youth for the SDGs” programs create experiential learning opportunities for young activists and community leaders from around the world who are advocating for the SDGs.

Partial Scholarships are available on a needs basis; applicants between 18-30 years old are eligible.
